Bridging Irish Tradition and Athens Spirit
More Than Just a Festival
The St. Patrick’s Day Festival in Downtown Athens was born from a desire to create a world-class cultural celebration with a distinctly Southern soul. Following the incredible success of our inaugural year, which saw 8,000 guests flood Clayton Street, we are returning in 2026 with a bigger vision, a louder sound, and an even deeper connection to the Classic City.
Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, high-energy, and inclusive space where the luck of the Irish meets the hospitality of the South.
Honoring Our Heroes
Beyond the music and celebration, this festival is driven by a commitment to those who serve. We are proud to dedicate this event to Veteran and First Responder causes, ensuring that every ticket sold makes a tangible difference in the lives of our heroes.
Through our strategic partnerships with the Community First Project and the United Service Organizations (USO), we are turning a day of entertainment into a legacy of support.
A portion of all festival proceeds, along with contributions from our participating local business partners, will be donated directly to these organizations to fund vital programs and resources.
Presented by Southern Festivals
The festival is curated and managed by Southern Festival Management. Our team is dedicated to professional production, top-tier sound, and seamless event logistics to ensure that every guest, vendor, and performer has a world-class experience.
From partnering with local legends like 1785 and Moonshine to collaborating with production experts like PL Pro Audio and Athena Audio, we leave no stone unturned in bringing the best of Athens to life.
